Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because every shirt is custom-printed just for you, our delivery process takes two steps: production (printing and quality checks) and shipping (transit time to your door).

1. Production Time

  • Standard Processing: 2–5 business days.

  • Orders are sent to our print facilities immediately after placement. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your shirt is printed and packed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier. Estimated transit times depend on your location:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe & UK: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking link to update.

4. International Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once it arrives in your country.

  • These fees are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country—please check with your local customs office for specific details.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because orders are automatically processed through our print facilities, we cannot guarantee address updates after an order is placed. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, transit issues can happen. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and clear photos of any damage.
